In order to improve the accuracy and proficiency of users of the Infinity system, a series of training videos has been developed and are available for use.

At this time there are 13 training modules, each on a specific topic area, in video format. Each module takes between 3 minutes to 6 minutes to complete. These training modules can be completed all in one sitting, or over several days as schedule permits. As new modules are added you will be contacted in order for your staff to stay current with training. You should provide your staff with a quiet setting to view the training videos. The computer must have speakers since there is voice over. If the screen looks small or blurry, enlarge the screen by selecting the icon in the lower right corner of the screen. In order to assess the participant’s knowledge upon completion, at the end of each module there is a quiz that must be completed.
